5 turkey meatballs, 3/4 cup italian cheese blend, low carb high fiber tortilla. Fast and delicious. Add a serving of Flameout and im golden!
this might sound disgusting, and it kind of was, but i made an oatmeal omelette.
im going to make a second version of this including an ounce of grated cheese and some red bell pepper and white onion, along with some nutmeg.
http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/9115/meal002am4.jpg
This first version is simply:
a generous cup of cooked steel grain oatmeal,
2 whole eggs
a half cup of egg whites
ground cinnamon.
(i cook my oatmeal so it ends up dry and not watery.)
Can someone tell me how to upload pictures straight to the forum, the attach image function doesn’t work for some reason

This thread shouldn’t be allowed to die, especially in light of all the freaking vegetarian threads popping up.
This is my Thanksgiving Eve dinner (while he was still alive heh heh… I’m so eeevil). Please feel free to make fun of how silly I look. ![]()
Thats pretty evil.
Forget a thread - this should be its own website.
I’ve been doing the Metabolic (formerly, Anabolic) diet. 4200 Cal / 6 Meals = 700 Cal / Meal.
So, what does 700 Cal look like. Better yet, what does a meal with a 60F-35P-5C split look like. Even better still, what do meals at 200,300,400,500, and 600 Cal look like?
The structure would be simple. First, they would be divided by prominent macronutrient. Then, they would be divided by calories.
come to think of it. Patent Pending.

This is awesome…I started this thread a little more than a year ago and it is still going. All the pictures is great but please remember to post the recipe along with the pictures.

I just picked up a friend flying home from vacation and she brought some wild caught salmon her father had caught and smoked. Being transplanted from New England and seafood-deprived, when she pulled it out I almost had a heart attack out of ecstasy and gratitude. (I get a little melodramatic when it comes to seafood. :-))

Oops, sorry…
Pick up friend at airport whose dad fishes, say Heck Yeah I Like Smoked Salmon, accept packet, drive home, cut open, plate, eat.
I thought it was a pretty plate of food, so I posted. ![]()

4 eggs
1/2 pack of frozen spinach
2 strips of bacon (chopped, pre-cooked)
mozzarella cheese
franks hot sauce
salt and pepper
All on top of a gay (as in happy) “moose” plate.
Heat up the spinach in a skillet to defrost and cook out some of the moisture in the spinach.
Scramble and add eggs and bacon.
Add cheese and franks hot sauce, salt, pepper.
Real nice change from the usual oatmeal/protein shake.

Had to eat at the local salad bar/super market today.
Spinach, lettuce (Romain), rotisserie chicken, 2 eggs, carrots, broccoli slaw, red peppers, jalapenos, cottage cheese, kidney and garbanzo beans, and balsamic vinegar. $8 – not bad.
