Same here can we get the recipe please.
I feel like such a punk, nothing I make looks anywhere near that good unless I’m prepping it for a woman.

For the Lasagna check out “Lean and Mean Cookin’” by Shugs
The Zucchinis:
- Cut into halves and get rid of the core (I use a teaspoon)
- Roast the zucchini gently on the inside (use a little of oil) - add salt (sodium is good for you!)
- Cut onions and prepare the ground meat - season with salt and add spices you like (I love oregano)
- Roast onions and ground meat short and hot and fill it in the zucchini
- Take some light mozarella cut thin slices and put them on the top (I sprinkled it with italian spices)
- Now everything in the oven for I think 12 minutes at 340° C
Ok I hope this works, feel free to modify.

That looks damn good…care to share the recipe/ instructions?
I do the same with bell peppers…just cut them in half, remove the membrane, stuff with seasoned ground beef and then cook for 30 min at 380 with 1/4" of water at the bottom of the pan so the pepper doesn’t turn mushy from direct contact with the pan.
Some great ideas on here. I’m on GSD and you fuckers are making me hungry!

YEAH BUDDY!
This thread has me drooling.
I’m freaking hungry…

Since I’m bored from working OT, I figured I’d take a pic of my dinner. That be a Chipotle salad with double steak, pico de gallo, cheese and guacamole. Normally I go with a burrito but since I’ve been sitting on my ass all day, low carb was the way to go. Most delish.
