My cellphone takes lousy photos but my dinner was GREAT!

I made a salad of 4ozs broiled salmon, on chopped steamed asparagus, chopped fresh basil, 1/4 small avocado, 1/8cup sliced almonds

it is so freaking good.

Sauted Chicken with all kinds of veggies found in the freezer (Mixed mushrooms, peas, asparagus, sweet peas) with General Tsao sauce (Trader Joe’s Brand).
Quinoa
Recipe:
Brown Chicken in olive oil
Add veggies
Add General Tsao sauce
Simmer

-Cucumber slices
-Fat-free feta
-Lemon
-Vinegar spray
Topped with Sauteed Chicken and Zucchini, with two spices from Whole Foods and Pepper… and more lemon

And yes, thats a Nalgene with four tea bags in it

mixed veggies with some of the fish sauce that was mentioned in the article on wednesday. Tastes Asian, tastes awesome, smells nasty. Chicken with sauted mushrooms and onions and spices
