Take a Snap of Your Food

Today is day 1 of cutting phase. No more bulking </3. Frig.

Anyway, I have 2x 6oz chicken breast in BBQ (DIANA) sauce, 4 egg whites, 1 can of tuna. What’s not in this picture is 4 egg whites, 6 and 3 oz top round steak and my WHEY protein shake. This is my day’s meal at work.

Of course, again, it doesn’t look artistic, but it sheds the fat

Good luck bro…

This is an awesome thread. I adore food photography…only second to food itself!

Some mornings call for mini quiches, roti (7 grain indian flatbread) and fruit.

With a shot of disco.

What did you put in the avacado shake? Was it just Metabolic Drive and avocado?

Yes…Very simple to make - In a blender mix avocado, ice, and low carb. Metabolic Drive (vanilla flavor). I have an avocado tree on my backyard and I have so much of the fruit I don’t know what to do with them.

Here’s where I got the idea from:

Thanks for the recipe, I’m gonna try it tommarow. You are so lucky to have an avacado tree! I’m jealous, lol. Someday I want an avacado tree, fig tree, a whole damn fruit forest in my backyard.

everybody else’s food looks prettier than mine :frowning:

but this tasted really good. i ate it last night…

its 92/7 ground beef with mushrooms, seasoning, a tad bit of soy sauce, and broccoli.

i really like this thread to see some healthy new ideas to use in the kitchen

Couldn’t get a picture, but I will next time I make this…

After reading Esquire’s last issue with their “sandwich guide,” which was for the most part incredibly unhealthy, I was inspired to perhaps “health it up,” if you will and expand my horizons.

So breakfast,

Take two whole eggs, fry them sunny side up, put aside.

Take two slices of Rye bread, place about 1/4lb or less of turkey in between and toast on pan with olive oil.

Place eggs in between.

Came out to roughly 620 calories with OJ. Im cutting so I relegate my carbs to the a.m. as well as my most calorically intense meals.

give it a try

I hope your OJ is not Sunny Delight.

Every morning i wake and its the same scenario, look in the fridge and its purple stuff, soda…oh boy sunny d! And now i have a 24% bf! Kidding!

Its Tropicana. Not every morning, only if I am not having oatmeal to bump up my carbs for the day.

cool thread guys, ill be adding my food tommorow hopefully.

Tropicana is the nuts mate!, I for one have to try not to guzzle to much hehe

Lunch - hodgepodge of leftovers
Grilled Chicken (from dinner)
Grilled Tilapia (from lunch)
Flax-wheat pasta (made fresh)
Avocado
Kiwi
Green tea

Your trying to out-live us all man. Eating those garden fresh avacado’s

Here’s my Healthy Solid Meal from tonight (I’m on the V-Diet for those not following my thread).

It’s a small top round steak seasoned with salt and pepper, a large chicken breast seasoned with Mrs. Dash’s tomato&basil spices, and green beans sauteed in a little extra virgin olive oil with garlic, red peppers, and onions.

Not bad for a poor college kid, eh?

-dizzle

Oh, and a big bowl of strawberries for dessert =]

-dizzle

I didn’t eat this today but i got a ribeye from my work, cut it thin, then pan-fried it. So very good.

Season that thing. I like Canadian steak seasoning on chicken but just put something on it. Did you boil it? If so you need a foreman grill in a bad way.
