Studies in the past have shown caffeine can interfere with t3 and t4 absorption. Anyone have any feedback on this? Want to get the most out of t3, starting it final few weeks of prep but also use caffeine in the morning pre cardio so don’t want to interfere with caffeine messing with the t3
I take mine NP Thyroid at about 1 am . I wake up a lot at night, and at 4pm I take my prework out and hit the gym . Has been working great. Good luck!
I never used T3 for a contest, so I have no experience with its use or its interaction with caffeine.
But I had used caffeine as a glycogen sparing aid. We believed that the glycogen sparing effect down regulated quickly, so only used caffeine twice a week (every three days, or so) pre workout.

Thanks! Ya I started taking mine at 4am when I wake up to pee, gives me at least 2/3 hours without any caffeine so no interruption in thyroid hormone uptake.
