I was just sitting here wondering, “what will be the gayest thing I will see today on my travels through this wilderness called life?”…and there you are.
I have been arounf T-Nation for about 2 1/2 years now and my favorite so far is the BULKING MACHINE. i think it is a combo of what he has already presented and the curiosity of what is to come. mix this with the mind numbing grammatical errors and it all comes together. i think the errors are on purpose now so that we actually read his posts 2 and 3 times and get them to sink in. i eagerly look forward to pics or vids from the MACHINE.
Discussion of Powerful Image chicks and how some members are gay and wouldn’t hit it, not that there’s amything wrong with that.

Muscleteen.
Bible-chins.
The fact that average chicks who post pics get drooled over by some guys, then the same guys rip the goddesses on the Powerful Images to pieces- what’s up with that?
Deez Weez. Unfortunately, we scared him off. Come back DW! We need some more deadlift videos.

Metabolism chases intake. If you want to bulk, eat 10 000 calories spaced over 12 meals. If you want to cut, drop that number by 500. Just don’t mix your fats and carbs!

For most of us, why is taking a back-off week harder psychologically than training all-out?
Al Shades dominates all other trolls . . .
I remember one of his threads was deleted. Is there any chance it’s saved somewhere and we can bring it back?
Like him or hate him he was a damn smart guy . . . and immortal.
