I haven’t noticed this. I’d say the vast majority of nutrition experts you’d want to read on here would typically say you get good things from veggies so eat them and you get good things from meat so eat them.
So if every article lists 3 decidedly not vegan things, and then lists the benefits of some things that fall under the vegan umbrella (though every non-vegan diet besides the carnivore diet features veggies as a part of them), I think we can rule out “the Most Vegan” as even a part of a description of T-nation.
So, like, you’re complaining that a site which discusses nutrition is pointing out the health benefits of certain plants… while also discussing the benefits of certain meats… while also (infrequently) discussing the problems with a meat-free diet?
Dude, that’s super-weird.
Out of 6,500+ articles on the site, I can think of maybe 4 or 5 that talk about veganism in any real depth, so I’m really not sure where you’re getting the “rubbish” idea from.
Are you also bothered when sports team trade players? “LeBron James is the best Cavalier not currently on the Cavaliers.”
On a side note: My cat is the most doglike cat, Zombie Honeymoon is the most romantic non-romantic movie, and pumpkin pie is the most popular non-apple pie. AmI doing this right?
Honestly, this is the best part of the whole thread:
Dude’s last post was 14 months ago, starting a training log to say he’s going vegan (which he didn’t keep beyond Post One, shame on you).
All makes sense now. Reading articles day after day, scribbling in a marble notebook every time someone mentions the benefits of anything grown in the ground, until he… just… couldn’t… resist… posting…
