I’d guess that the reasno they don’t have anything like this is that building a comprehensive (read: useful) suite of tools based around this idea would involve about 2,000 man hours worth of programming. Or more.

I can imagine all the hard work that would have to go into it, but I think it would be beneficial and profitable in the long run.
Also someone with a thorough understanding of both fitness and programming… otherwise the final product would look something like fitday which is … ugh…
Fitday ONLINE is good.
Fitday PC is… not…
Honestly, I could whip up more than a few of these in an hour or less in excel. I know for a FACT that I could do an anabolic diet calculator, since I already did one of those…
If anyone wants to provide me with good links to the formulas and stuff that these things use, I can see what I can whip up in excel in easy-to-use/understand formats.
So whatever happened with this?
I have an Excel spreadsheet that is pretty handy with breaking things down into calories and grams.

Wow, this thread was a while ago. Im doing exams atm, but once im done, remind me and ill repost my carb cycling codex excel doc that was so popular. Man, im still receiving msgs for it. Hahaha. Sorry if i havent replied guys. Will do next week. Peace
