Blood work after 10 weeks on 100MG cyp a week. Split into two 50mg doses.
Testosterone: 444ng/dL standard range >280ng/dL
SHBG: 18nmol/L standard range 13-90nmol/L
Testosterone free calculated: 407pmol/L standard range >200pmol/L
Bioavailable test: 293ng/dL standard range >130ng/dL
Why are these so low? From what ive read it puts most guys at double what my levels are. What what you guys recommend me to do?

Why are these so low?
Your excrete more T via the kidneys versus the average guy or your HTPA is not very sensitive.
These Total T levels are not adequate, you need Free T testing to see how much Free T is in circulation. You need to include lab ranges.
If your doctor refuses a dosage increase, then you need to split up your dose and inject T EOD, this should increase your levels.
I had levels a lot higher when I was on 50mg 2x weekly, I got 689 ng/dL at my lowest and have low SHBG.

Should i be worried that there could be another issue? Or is this not that uncommon?
My free T is 407 pmol/L ref range >200pmol/L.
Ill update my reference ranges in my thread
You will only be creating an issue where one doesn’t exist, everyone is different. It could mean you metabolize testosterone quickly which means your body is using testosterone, this is a good thing.
These ranges are not really that informative, most need their Free T in the high normal range according to Labcorp ranges, these ranges are garbage. You need a range that represents the population and you want to be at the top or higher.

Can i get a blood test through lab corp? Theres one near my town. Or any other places you recommend?
Go to Private MD Labs and get your own panels done. No Dr necessary and they contract thru Labcorp.
You need to pick a lab company and stick with it because you can’t compare Free T labs from other lab companies.
Labcorp is the 800 pound gorilla and most doctors refer to their lab ranges when discussing free testosterone.
In spite of what some guys advocate, you may just need more Test. 100 a week didn’t do shit for me.
Take more. Its not complicated. I doubt my level would be that high on that dose.

100mg is just not a sufficient dosage, especially at first while levels are accumulating.

Kk thanks. Hopefully going to get my dose highered. Theres a trt specific doc near me i might check out. I’m gonna order some blood tests through private md
Just remember its about how you FEEL, not lab numbers. Keep fighting to get yourself fixed.

Just got my LH blood work in… it went from 0.5 miU/ml to 0.1 miU/ml. Does LH decrease while on trt? Is that normal
Yes, TRT stops LH production. Totally normal.
Most guys on TRT take 150-200mg a week. I would immediately go to 150mg and be open to the possibility of going higher.
LH is suppressed (.1) while on TRT, decades down the road it may be completely suppressed.
Just as a comparison, I was on 180mg per week for 5 weeks and my Total T was at 450 so your Total T is similar on a much smaller dose. Some of us just need higher doses.

Just got my FSH results in. That is also 0.1 miU/mL
Reference Range:
Males 1.4 - 18.1 mIU/ml
Is FSH supposes to go that low too while on trt?
