I’m about to finish meltdown training 1, ive been using the T-dawg diet for 3 weeks and i have some questions before i begin meltdown 2
1)should i calculate off lean body mass, or weight? LBMx16-500
2)should i reeally try to aim for .8 grams of protien per pound of body weight? Its hard for me to have my protein this low.
3)Do i need to incorporate a high calorie day(s) if im allowing my self a weekend cheat meal?(im using 1000mg of ala on my cheat day)And if i use metldowns prescribed 2 low calorie days followed by a high calorie day, should the extra cals come from Fat?
4) should i up my daily creatine intake up to 15-25 grams a day, and my glutamine up to 25 grams a day? Should i also take in 5 grams of creatine on my off days?
5) instead of having a cheat meal, should i incorporate a controlled carb up in my last week?
6)should i drink my pre-workout drink (whey,creatine,glut,bcaa’s) during my workout even though it has no dextrose?
Another thing, i have some clenebutrx left over, i was going to use it with dynamadrine Xtreme, taking the clen pre-workout, and the dynamadrine in the other parts of the day. I did this in the past and saw good results.
So far i’m dissapionted with the results i’ve been getting. I’ve been dieting extremely hard, taking in 70grams of carbs on w\o days and 30\on non workout days. My foods have come from-protien steak chicken breast tuna fish cottage cheese eggs and whey protien. Carbs-from oatmeal and dextrose only. And my fats from the protein foods, as well as fish and flax seed oil. Ive been taking in about 1756 cals a day with a breakdown around 45-50% protien 15-25% carbs and about 25-35%fat.broken up into 8 meals.
My dissapiontment is because i was using a bad diet, and got much leaner.
any help will be appreciated thank you
