Ok, I know I will get the “Test is a must!!” response somewhere along the line but any input here would help. Test will be next
First off… im 26, 5’8" 178lbs @ 15% BF and lifting solid 2 yrs under a very good trainer/powerlifter and I want to see if tbol (8 weeks) and a clean 3000kcal diet will help put on maybe 5-7 lbs lbm that i can keep with clen pct.
My plan is:
Tbol: week 1 50mg/ed
week 2-7 60mg/ed (depending on tolerance)
week 8 40mg/ed
Pct: Nolva Week 9 40mg/ed + Clen Pyramid 20-80mg/ed
Week 10 30mg/ed " " " 80-40mg/ed
week 11 20mg/ed
Supps: BCAA’s
Multi-vit (juice plus)
Omega 3/6/9 fish oils
Ostrim snacks & iss oh yeah bars when needed
Cytogainer (morning w/musily & post w/o)
Syntha 6 (shake before bed)
milk thstle (To accompany pct)
I generally get in 5-6 well balanced meals a day…i try for 7 sometimes when time allows
…So If anyone can help me out with some advice would be appreciated

Clen will likely cause you too lose more muscle than if you didnt use it.
Clen isnt anticatabolic in my experience.
Albuterol seems to better, but both would be put to better use on cycle.
Can you simply not acquire test ?
If your dead set on using orals only Tbol is a good choice, its very clean, very dry, easier to keep your gains than most.
Well…it’s my first cycle so I went down the girly route with the oral only option
But I am feeling more and more regret that I didn’t get some test p also (while I had the chance/money) to run throughout the cycle…and as it’d be my first I’d make significant gains.
My thoughts on the clen were to run it with my pct I’d be able to keep a beastly diet up and hopefully keep the gains, without putting on much if any bf…?
Maybe i’ll just run the clen mid-cycle to strip off a few lbs
I have plenty of tbol to run alongside test in my next cycle but i’ll see how this goes first

are you trying to bulk up or cut down? Your theory on using clenbuterol to help you stay the same bf while eating more calories is not a good one imo. It would be better off having a disciplined diet.
If you were contemplating running Test P for a first cycle know you’d be injecting ED.
I think you should get some Test E and quit going the girly route of oral only
Use the T-bol as a kickstart to your cycle.
My first cycle was 8 weeks of ED injections…so quit going the ‘girly’ route lol just giving you a hard time man…

Agree wrt the clen. Accomplish the most out of your cycle by eating properly and then after you settle down you can decide whether you need to recomp. Besides, this is Tbol… you’re not going to be bulking up like a mofo.
I’d also go for test E but if you want to do turinabol you’ll do ok. Dosage might be actually be a teeny bit high given your weight & lack of experience.
I know that others - especially those that have run multiple cycles - will say that you need to keep the dose up, but I’m not so sure that in your position, you wouldn’t do just as well and have less sides, if you went from 30mg up to 50mg. Just a thought.

…well…maybe not but in any case its. . lean bulk → Cut for the beach (with clen if necessary) without losing all or any of the gains made. And yeah…kinda wish i had some test to run with now…oh well, i’ll just have too keep this skirt on a while longer
Whotookm… i’ve been reading up a long time before starting this cycle and maybe upping to 60mg is a bit heavy or unnecessary so i will run 40x1/50x6/40x1…i’m really tryin to get the most out of this fairly mild first cycle.
I have bin reading up on test an aweful lot too… i was thinking i’d prefer test p because its reported less bloat and sides, but pins ED… maybe test e every 3rd day will suit my lack of exp better,

Its on the rare side, compared to say dbol.
Adjust your dosage if you need to, dont get stuck in a mind set that you have to use this much because we told you to.
Ive used tbol before, I very much liked it, I think its an excellent roid.
Its not much of a bulker, but strength, speed, endurance, pump, energy.
You grow, and you just feel pretty clean.
You did pussy out with the orals only, and I wouldent expect to see much more than 5-10 pounds.
But it will not be a waste. Best of luck.
I think you will get good results with this cycle, with few sides and fairly keepable gains.
I did a few short tbol-only cycles, and 40mg a day gave me NO sides. 60mg gave me greasy skin and slightly unpleasant backpumps.

Thanks for the input Bali… One question about your previous tbol cycle (or anyone else for that matter), did it make any difference what time you took the tabs?
Mine are 10mg tabs and I was gonna take
1x a.m.
1x noon
1x 4p.m.
1x 7p.m. (pre w/o)
1x 9:30-10pm (post w/o)
And would it be better taken before/with/after meals?

I hear ya west…thanks, I’ll keep an open mind about it all and keep a close ear to what my body is telling me as well as a keen eye…
I’m starting tomorrow I’m gonna run 40mg for a few days and increase to 50mg once I’m happy with/without sides

I spread them out as evenly as I could, they were 10mg tabs, so pretty much like you suggested.
I have run two stand-alone or oral only tbol cycles. One was at 40-60 mg ed and the second was at 70 mg ed.
Then I ran at 60 mg ed with test at 500 mg per week and there is just no comparison.
I love the stuff. No acne, no bloat, no nothing except for the back pumps and the occasional stomach butterflies. I divided it into 3 times per day.
Good stuff alone but with test just so much better. You gain 4 times the muscle while on test so do you want to suppress your natural production for that kind of gain when on only orals? Your choice.

Sounds like fun ;)…but yeah I do wish I had some test but I let the opportunity slip when I had the chance, so I just have to make the best of the tbol
A lot of ppl seem to like the stuff for it’s cleanness (if that’s a word :P)
I have 500 tbol so I can run another two cycles after this one…with test
