^NSFW Heres the fat kid again but he ends up in the morgue.

Dear god thats disturbing.
EDIT: (Smokey the bear voice) “Only you can prevent synthol overdoses.”
His skin was necrotic. I am guessing he died of cellulitis and septicemia.
So is it safe to say Synthol was the main cause for his death?
More than likely, poor anti-septic technique and unsterile conditions are the cause of death…via breaking the skin and allowing infection.
There is no telling who did his injections…but I seriously hope a real doctor didn’t.

Btw,maybe somebody can help me with this questions. On the screenshot of the first video “Rational Gaze” posted, the guy looks like his arms are just huge, swollen up tumors. However,on the screenshot of the second video, there is more defintion and the guys arms looked more muscular. Now,I always thought that Synthol was injected on top of the muscle to make it look like it had more mass. So was it because the man in the 2nd video actually worked out more and the first guy didnt or does it depend on where you inject the Synthol?
Synthol is NOT injected on top of the muscle. It is injected INTO the muscle. The first guy is obese. The second guy is lean.

Wow that one video was nasty. looked like chocolate milk and cherry sauce were pumping out of his arm. so when they removed all the stuff it was a huge hole so does that mean there really is no muscle development or is that because of the infection? 22" inch cannons = 18" cyst? not a real even trade off seeing that once your blood is poisoned it’s a wrap. doctors can do nothing to cure that.
What you were seeing was a corpse after an incision had been made to drain the remaining fluid. That is why it was dry inside making it look like it was empty space. From the looks of the video, the muscle tissue looked abnormal and inflamed, but you can’t tell much from a video with poor quality like that so I can’t be sure.
I still don’t know how exactly synthol is dispersed in the muscle or how long the effect lasts, but it would seem that the more is used, the more overall damage to the muscle structure which is why people like “The Rambling Freak” maintain that deformed look.
I think most of these guys are from Brazil. I guess the plastic surgery appeal of the place allows shit like this to actually produce a sub-culture.
You would have to be pretty uneducated to think that is what real muscles look like.
I had inflatable Incredible Hulk muscles when I was 5 years old that looked better than that…and mine helped you float.
lol @ the Incredible Hulk muscles.
Yeah i was wondering what was going on with that guys arm but since he was dead i guess they could just prop his arm open. I know in brazil they do go to some extremes with their women like either having some amazing huge asses or some banging slim super model bodies like that one victoria secret model but i had no idea that dudes were tripping too. I’m not even sure why they would be cool with looking deformed outside of the fact they have never seen what a real person that lifts weights for years looks like.
oh yeah on the topic of plastic surgery in Brazil, i heard a beautiful super model died because she wanted to get butt implants. How effin insane is that? she wanted a bigger ass and you were already recognized as a successful supermodel.

I think that was an Argentinian woman, but you’re right. There is obviously a culture of quick cosmetic fixes with no concern for safety (or no understanding of the risks).
Some of these guys need to be fucking sectioned, because they’re killing themselves and they look fucking ridiculous.
It makes me want to vomit seeing this shit. Literally I feel queesy watching these videos. Talk about showing off your stupidity.
Whatever though, Darwin was right. More food and oxygen for me.
As ridiculous as the guys look, what always bugged me about Greg Valentino was that he always tried to say that he looked that way simply from site injections. Now I’m certainly no expert on AAS, but I have known a pretty good number of guys who use, and have practiced site injections,… and none of them ever developed stupid looking immobile lumps like that.
And yeah, I had those inflatable muscles too… in all honesty, if they still fit, I’d wear 'em to the gym under a big t-shirt -lol.

If you stood me next to one of these guys and asked some Brazilian chick off the street who “has better muscles” they’d probably pick him, because they don’t know any better.
That’s what really scares me. not the fact that these idiots are passing off oil as muscle, but the fact that the uneducated masses are buying it.
oh god once the media gets wind of this it’ll be a clusterfuck. “The New Bodybuilding Steroid: Are Your Kids in Danger?”
