Does anyone here live in San Diego?

So, according to the litterature of possitives associated with TRT, i should be loosing fat. Now, im not taking that as ill loose fat with a shitty eating habbit.
Im eating VERY clean. High protien, veg, zero refined carbs, zero sugar. Caleries around 2000. Im no counting. Im just monitoring what goes in.

Im doing xardio 40 min, high rep low weights training for 30 min.
And in 2 weeks ive gained weight. Why would the needle move up? As far as i can tell, im not bloated. What the frack??

Bro ffs . Please tell me you are not really 2 weeks into trt and somehow believe your going to see results?

Its water weight. 5-10 extra pounds is a typical amount. It will go away on its own. Tender nipples will be next so get ready for it.
You need a good 40 days at one protocol. Get a mini blood test and adjust accordingly.

I get bloated in the stomach during the first 6 weeks of changing dosage, it subsides after 6 weeks and estrogen is lower than it was during those first 6 weeks.

You’re also gaining muscle which is twice the weight of fat, you lose a pound of fat and gain 2 pounds of muscle.

Oh fuuuuck doh. I don’t know why I didn’t think of that. I mean I thought some of it wasnt water weight because when I have water weight I can feel it throughout my body. I just have this sort of Santa Claus puff feeling

Thank you.

Since it is denser, muscle does weigh more than fat if you compare same-size portions. On average, the density of fat is 0.9 g/mL. The density of muscle is 1.1 g/mL.

Using the averages, 1 liter of muscle weighs 1.06 kg, or 2.3 lbs., while 1 liter of fat weighs .9 kg, or 1.98 lbs.

Not even close to twice.

So far, im impressed. TRT feels loads better than clomid. Injection day is like popping Levetra.

Just need to get aggression and unfiltered anger fixed.

That’s common for me in the first 6 weeks on new protocols.

Im using a 31g 6mm needle. Is it safe to preload a set of syringe’s for the week? The needle is fixed. Non-detatchable.

So when does the energy happen? Im 3 weeks in. Still get tired during the day.

Ok yeah and nipples are erect and sorta sensetive and brusy.

Provided your levels are in a range that optimal for you, 5-6 weeks you should start to feel good. I’ve seen some guys make minor improvement every couple of months, it all has to do with receptor sensitivity or CAG repeat lengths.

Those with triple CAG repeat lengths, these men are the ones have hour long sex with their wives on their first injection and at the 3 month mark are show good body comp changes.

Thank you

Is the hard nipples and sensetivity normal during this time??

Yes it’s normal and lasts a couple months.they usually decrease in sensitivity as time progresses. It wasn’t bad for me and eventually the body sorted it out.

TRT takes time. Body is absorbing T and doc/you need to find your dose range. A dose that allows you to feel normal and well.

I have confidence that a mans body will adapt to the hormone it craves.

If not that’s what your docs for and you have so many options to fix any lingering issues.

Ok. Heres an odd but probably unsupprising situation happening. I nut too quick now. Wtf??? Lol
Before TRT, np. 3 weeks in on TRT, CRAZY penis sensitivity.

Any advise for this?

You will need more time on TRT and you will notice you are lasting longer the more time goes on, for now penis is in healing mode. Now step away from the penis and let it heal.

So, four weeks into my protocol. Resting heart rate is around 85 bpm. Generally it’s around 72 to 75. Sometimes it even hits 68. This sudden increase has me a little bit concerned. My workout heart rates are normal though. Between 135 and 160

Any idea if this resting heart rate is going to subside?

Usually after 6 weeks unless estrogen is still elevated. Talked with Mike at Defy today for my 45 min consultant and we were talking about men who complain of elevated heart rates and how it’s associated with high estrogen or testosterone esters that some have a bad reaction to.

Also when hormones are in flux, heart rates will also be in flux and other hormones as well. If I measure my blood pressure several times a day, I will see it bounce around from 135-168, then settle down after 6 weeks.

If I get to 6 weeks and it’s still 150, then I either need to lose more weight and therefore decrease estrogen or lower the dosage.
