I think the increased warm up on squat is helping a lot just to get my hips in shape for it.

I would wait until AFTER the meet, if I were you…I miss getting laid on a regular basis, sigh. Esp because lifting makes me feel…ahem…amorous…and sadly, my guy is away for the summer.

Yeah, the lifting/libido thing is interesting, isn’t it? My guess is we are somehow utilizing the lower levels of testosterone we women do produce.
My bf (who is also my trainer, I think I have mentioned_ is doing an internship for school this summer. It is a fantastic opportunity, so I am thrilled for him. I do miss him a lot, but I will survive. Technology is a wonderful thing…

I think you’re right about the testosterone. I was joking with someone recently saying that I’m feeling so strong and confident right now it’s almost like I grew a cock.
Regarding your boyfriend; that’s what you do in good relationships. Before my marriage went to crap, my husband did a similar thing for me in that he supported me leaving my job and taking a financial hit when I was totally strung out with stress. I did it for him when I supported him leaving his $100,000 plus job to take one at half as much to do what he loved. That’s what you do for each other right? No doubt he will always love that you supported him in his opportunity.

Ddot, I would think you’d know me well enough to realise I don’t embellish my lifts. If anything, I’m conservative. You are a meany. I would have gotten a video but I specifically didn’t bring my camera for the express reason of not pushing heavy.
