Swedish Training Log

Hi
I’ve been on T-Nation reading for a while now so i figured that it would be fun to start a training log here and keep an eye on myself.

Short bio:
I’m 17 years old and live in Sweden. I am currently in school studying natural science and will be done with that next June. I have been training for about 13 months and i started training mixed martial arts about 6 months ago.

PR’s:
Squat - 2x100 kg (220 lbs)
Bench - 75 kg (165 lbs)
Deadlift - 152,5 kg (336 lbs)
Although these PR’s are kind of old, i’m still weak as hell and really need to work on my strength.

Right now i’m following the MM2K bench program and hopefully i’ll be gaining some strength from that.
I will try to get some videos on here when i can and appreciate any advice etc i’ll get.
