Sustanon Injection Schedule

How often do I need to inject Sustanon weekly to maximize it’s potential and maintain stable blood serum levels. I was all gung-ho about buying sustanon, then once I got it I realized with all the variations in ester half-life it’s not so straight forward. Common sense tells me since my sustanon has propionate in it, I should shoot at least 3x weekly for maximum efficacy. Assuming then the long esters would fall in line. I started Monday shooting 200mg, I just did my second shot 12:10 EST, Thursday and I’ll do my 3rd Saturday… then start all over. Does that sound good, or am I missing something?

Twice a week is fine. Because it’s got a 2:1 ratio of TPP:Prop the timing works out for a 3.5d dosing that allows a (relatively) smooth timeframe of half life eliminations.

Just to be clear, by TPP you mean test phenylprop right? Anyways 2 days a week is what my source suggested but I just wanted to be clear. Thanks for your response.
