Yeller folks,I’m Thinking about doing a sustanon and deca cycle.i have done a straight sust cycle a year ago.went decent, also learned alot since.my problem is the deca,iv heard such negative things about it.this stack was actually given to me so I wanted to do research on deca first.i know my sust well.im a small guy,5’9 165lbs turning 25 soon.im in school for personal training and been lifting for 6 years,I’m not a noob needless to say.i have nolvadex for a pct.anyone have advice for my or knowledge with this stack/deca? Any help would be much appreciated
My advice is you shouldn’t use steroids.
I don’t suggest deca to be used unless you are on/plan to be on TRT. A lot of guys have issues recovering. The deconate ester means you should run it for 10+ weeks… ideally 14-16 in my opinion although 12-14 is fine.
You should research dopamine agonists as you may require one for elevated prolactin levels. You should also research effective doses, effects of nandrolone on the cardiovascular system, and on the HPTA.

You also might want to consider a new career path. 165 pounds for a personal trainer that has been “training” for 6 years is rather sad. Unless you are training grandmas.

Or are 5"4 @ sub 6% bf
Lol this isn’t my career path at all,I’m not even certified.i actually am doing the classes for my own personal knowledge.i have a few friends my size that have done cycles for a while and have great results.im not trying to be Arnold.that was completely irrelevant my size having anything to do with being a personal trainer.i have an amazing pt at my gym that barely workouts anymore,it’s his education.so that was retarded.however thanks for the advise I’ll look into it.im not sure if you only think huge people do Roids but they don’t.again I know so many people my age and size that are doing great with gains and know what they’re doing.im always trying to get new input from others though.
The only thing that is retarded here is some 165# clown that thinks he needs steroids to make gains. If you haven’t eclicpsed that mark after a 6 year lifting career PLUS a previous cycle under your belt, you should probably find a new hobby.

testify!
Dude, you aren’t ready for steroids yet. You need to put more effort into your diet
I didn’t realize I had to tell my life story to avoid retards like you.i never said bodybuilding! Lifting is what I said, read!i weighed 120 and went into mma,did that for 3 years.you obviously do not bodybuild in mma if you have common sense.i gained 10 pounds maybe 15 of muslce.from there the next 3 years if just been lifting to be fit, shape up my body and have reached 165-170…I’m a hard gainer.i Garuntee I know more about nutrition and lifting then half you guys.my only burden is my job,I’m an assistant manager and work so much therefore I don’t get enough food in,no bulk.dont assume you know anything about based of a few sentences, like you’re impressing or something. So here we go I’m not a body builder!! Never have I attempted,Im planning a bulk with a cycle but want to research a little more with this stack… So are you guys saying in order to do Roids there’s a weight requirement? Is it dangerous at my weight?

You’re correct in a way…I have a great diet actually,I get complements all the time for the shape and strength I have.im now looking to gain some now,but my diet is lacking for a bulk due to my hours working and job I have.also it’s quite expensive to eat all day.im trying to approach this the best way possible and make sure I should do this,im not a rookie in any way with lifting nor is it my life like some of you seem to only have.school, work, and life make ls this challenging for the hard gainers.

Compliments (which is the correct spelling) don’t count if they are from 15 year old girls admiring your hawt abzzzzzz
You aren’t a hard gainer–you are a lazy eater. It is not hard to gain weight. You say you are an assistant manager, but is that at like a GNC or something? There are guys on here who work 80 hours a week and actually have a family who won’t shed a tear for some 24 year old student with no real life obligations whining about how he can’t gain weight.
And I never said that you were an aspiring bodybuilder. Obviously you aren’t. ANYBODY that has lifted “weights” for 6 years would eclipse the 160 pound barrier. That is, if they were actually trying to lift more weight than the 15 year old admiring their abs. But I’ve come full circle.
Umadbro?

A sustanon/deca cycle is not what I would suggest for a fighter, unless you are having joint pain issues.
Read this, it has a lot of good info about AAS in MMA…

Baaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahaha!
So you get compliments for your physique? At 160lbs? Jesus just imagine if those guys saw someone who weighed 200lbs. They’d cream their panties.
Also please tell me that “hardgainer” thing was a joke. I used to hide behind the hardgainer label too til I decided to eat more, then lo and behold I got bigger at the same rate as everyone else.
Anyway on a serious note, I’m sure you’re a good lad and love to train and that’s commendable, but seriously, your diet clearly sucks (there is no such thing as a hardgainer - the faster you realise that the better). If your diet is not on point yeah you might get a little heavier on cycle but you’ll just lose it all when you come off anyway if you’re not eating to support it.
Add another 20lbs the old fashioned way by eating more. That’ll get you into the routine of eating big so that when you do a cycle you’re ready to do some serious growing.
Although we’ve busted your balls a little bit, we do actually have your best interests at heart. Now go eat a steak motherfucker!!!
Lol I don’t weigh 160,either way…my point is iv never wanted to gain weight or be a body builder.since iv trained its been in mma and iv been lean and content with that.now I am looking to pack on some more weighteveryones genetics are different.
i don’t know how some people can eat the recommended times when working.i agree I need to eat more for sure iv always known that"if I wanted to gain"so I’ll attempt some things to add while working.and me loosing my gains off a cycle cause I don’t makes sense.i appreciate the help!
