What is difference of taking sust(alone) twice a week 1ml and 3x per week 0.7 ml ?
And is it okay to do it twice a week 2x 1ml

Lol with a username like that I’d expect you to already know all the answers. The difference would be the peaks and lows you’ll experience from lengthening the time in between pins. My last cycle was Sustanon, 1cc every 3rd day. I thought that it would be enough to keep blood levels relatively stable. I was wrong. You almost need to pin that stuff EOD. Then I switched to half sust/half test E pins E3D. Felt better. Felt even better once I came off the sust and only used enanthate. Test Enanthate for the win

well, ya gotta do the math. here’s what Sustanon is:
30 mg testosterone propionate
60 mg testosterone phenylpropionate
60 mg testosterone isocaproate
100 mg testosterone decanoate
the half-life for prop is less than 1 day, phenyl is 2-3 days, iso is around a week, and deca is around 2 weeks.
