If I am taking 175mg-200mg a week of sustanon 250 and have trough levels of 650 ng/dl. Is this equivalent to the high end dose people talk about here of 200mg cypionate.
Does anybody roughly know what my peak would be? If I am taking a dose every 4.5-5 days.

A blood test is the only way to find out your peak, we typically peak in 24-48 hours. Your levels are slightly above midrange, I would shoot for 700-800. You dosage is equivalent to 40-50mg twice weekly, a typical starting dosage.
Wait I am confused: 175mg sustanon is only equivalent to 100mg cypionate.
Or having a trough of 650 is usually seen by people who take 40-50mg Cypionate?
According to your results it is, I get to 750 on 50mg twice weekly. You can’t compress everyone into a monolithic creature. Everyone is different, we aren’t clones.
haha ok point taken. But I think I probably get a bigger range than you as my dose is E5 days. Say my peak might be 900?
I just wondered what would the average person would read with 175mg sustanon.
The only way to know is run labs 2-3 days after an injection to find out. I’m low SHBG and never lost more than 150 ng/dL when injecting once weekly when doing labs 3 days after injection and an half hour before injection a week later.
Sustanon is primarily short esters (very short), if you got your levels tested 2-3 days post shot they’d be much higher, by trough the prop, phenylpropionate and Isocaporate ester is nearly out leaving you with 100mg or less of test decanoate. Seven days after I take 250mg of sustanon I’m at 500 your peak (as in the day after) is probably like 1500, that’s how sustanon works and is also why I think it’s a very ineffective method for trt, for stable levels sustanon needs to be taken eod or ed due to the propionate ester
