Sust 250 and Deca 250 Cycle

I’m 5’10" 210lbs @ 15-18% bodyfat, 20yrs, been training and playing rugby for six years and seriously training for two. I’ll be training 5-6 days a week for my bulk, with steady state cardio for 10-20 minutes a few times a week post workout.

For my third cycle I’m thinking:
Week 1-8: Deca 250x2/week
Week 1-10: Sust 250x2/week
Week1-10: Aromasin 12.5 EOD
Week 12-16: Nolva 40/40/20/20

Does this look good for my stats? Should I keep Deca lower than Sust?
Thanks in advance.

You’re 20 and this is your third cycle?

To answer your question, no, it doesn’t look good. Specifically your pct timing. Sustanon has 100mg of testosterone decanoate. Half life is ~15 days. Starting your pct before that very long ester has broken down is suboptimal. Two weeks is the rule of thumb for test e/c cycles. For test d you should push pct out further.

Additionally, eight weeks of deca seems like an awfully short run. I don’t know what you’re looking to accomplish but you’ll be cutting off the deca about two weeks after you start to really notice it work its magic. That seems wasteful.

First “cycle” was TRT when I was a teenager and I actually managed to bring my natural test production to normal levels and fix the problems I was having.
Second cycle was a Test E at 500/wk for 12 weeks few months ago. Didn’t make me feel much different from normal. I still made gains but it felt my usual pace.

So would Deca to 10 weeks, Sust to 12 weeks and PCT starting 15 days later look better to you? It’s my understanding I should run the Sust longer.

The reason you run test longer than the deca is because of the mismatch in the time it takes for the respective esters to break down. With sustanon you don’t have that issue because testosterone decanoate breaks down at roughly the same speed as nandrolone decanoate. You could stop them concurrently if you wanted to. Your pct is going to have to be pushed out further than 15 days, because 15 days after your last pin you’ll still have the test d in your system as it breaks down. Now there won’t be enough to make you notice it or keep your gains going, but it’ll be enough to keep your shutdown. This is one of the reasons sustanon makes no sense outside of a therapeutic setting. Somehow it got into the consciousness of AAS users that it was a good alternative to test e/c and it’s been there ever since.

your 18%, prolly 20% bodyfat, you want to bulk and your going to do 10mins of regular old walking to stop from getting to what 25% bf?

I’ve had a trainer friend of mine measure me at 16% but I know that’s not exact so I assume 15-18 is a good estimate.
I typically do a 3km run in 10-15 minutes for my cardio.

So, no to pretty much all of that.

Wow running 3km in 10 mins is really good time, special forces level. But at 16% 210lbs seems extra hard.
If your running at that level why drop it and do 10-15mins walking? do an hour walk if anything, its just walking, and it will stop you from getting fat.

By steady state cardio I mean cardio at a steady pace, rather than intervals or other things like that. I’m not going to be substituting running with walking.

Sometimes I do it in 12 and sometimes I do it in less than 15. I’ve done it in 10:30 a handful of times but that’s hauling a little more A than I like to.
