been on PCT for a 9 days. i’ve dropped 3.5 lbs but looking leaner than i ever have and strength is off by about 1 rep from all PR’s
i guess i was holding more water than i assumed? but hell i was only on 600mg of T400 for 4 weeks then 9 days of test prop at 450… i figured using prop for several days would help drop some of the water from the longer esters while waiting for them to clear.
Does your T400 contain the undecanoate ester? IME that ester can remain lingering at suppressive levels around 2 months post-injection. Just a thought to time your PCT correctly.
Hang in there, PCT is a bitch. I always try to eat a shit ton when I come off because the psychological aspect of losing those pounds (even if its just water) tends to make me feel weaker. It’s a tough couple of weeks either way, just stay true to it and you’ll be back on the needle in no time lol

Glad your PCT is going well though.

i’ve actually gotten to a spot where i may not go back on. im at a comfortable size and have decent strength. saying that i already have another cycle sitting waiting in the closet, lol. really its the amount of food i have to ingest to get bigger and stay bigger. right now its quite a hassel as it is. plus im enjoying looking like a athlete and being leaner than i’ve ever been.

I always thought Johnnyk53 dropped that gem. Where is that guy? I kind of miss his strange ramblings!
All the best[/quote]
yeah he disappeared. The frustrating thing about him was he’d been around the bodybuilding game for decades so he no doubt had some wisdom he could share, instead he just went off on senile ramblings

True, on the other hand a part of me thought he was that guy in the gym who’s been lifting forever but has nothing to show for it and thinks that accumulated gym time without learning anything still gives him the right to give advice/brag/ramble. I’ve definitely come across a couple of these IRL

Nuh uh! He came third in a bodybuilding show in the 70s. Respect those skills!
He also claimed a 500lb bench if I remember rightly…

I bet if we had access to all the badger milk and testosterbol he had we still wouldn’t accomplish such things
