I’ve been using surge for quite a while now, and last week I ran out. I ordered some more, but it didn’t come until monday afternoon.
Anyway, I worked out on monday as usual, and as usual on tuesday DOMS set in. Now by wednesday I would usually be fine, but I was still sore from my workout on monday. It’s only just hit me, but it must have been the lack of surge. I never realised what a massive difference it’s been making to my recovery time. I won’t be running out again any time soon that’s for sure!
