Surge Direction & PWO Ratios

hey guys im wondering who heard during a mass phase follows the reccomendation of 67% carbs and 33% protein. I remember John Berardi saying how important it was and no one does it. Who hear acually follows that and if not why is that?

I usually get more carbs PWO than protein, but I don’t sit down and calculate it all out to precise ratios.

What exactly is in your pwo meal?

it varies but like today it was whole wheat pasta and turkey meatballs and the meatballs obviously had fat

I wouldn’t worry about it.

Immediatly post workout I like to have a shake. During a mass gain phase I think your meal choice isn’t a bad option as the first meal after a workout.
