It would be great if we could talk about simple themes such as this. Trump makes that impossible. As others have said, look at his twitter feed or his performance at Town Halls and debates. This is not someone that is capable of running our country, and his behavior is only getting more erratic and worrisome. He has had four years to show that he is a mature adult capable of nuance, empathy, and our trust. He has failed miserably on all accounts.
Iāll take that tradeoff any day.

Thatās obviously a matter of opinion. As with any presidency Iād say half the country is happy with his performance. When Republicans were going on about how Obama was ruining the country, half the country thought otherwise. I really donāt think itās any different now, other than the fact that Trump gets far more coverage than ever before.

Iām aware that you were making the point that his kids make money off of the business that Fred Trump started, which I have no problem with. In fact, as an aside I think inheritance taxes are unfair. We all work to make our kids and their kids lives better. But context here doesnāt matter. The point of my post was that you made an incorrect statement that Donald Trump built the business. He didnāt. Fred Trump did.
In fact itās well known that had Donny simply invested the money his dad left him in an index fund heād be 5 times richer than he is today. You could easily make an argument that heās squandered the money he received. Itās a good thing for him there was so much of it that heās still afloat I guess although he did admit the other night that he owes $400,000,000 toā¦whoever.
