Supps to Get Test Up & Triglycerides/Cholesterol Down

I forgot to make the obvious point here:

Losing fat will improve your triglycerides.

Losing fat might also reduce the aromitization of testosterone into estrogens.

So losing fat basically cures everything.

lol thanks Rhino. I am really hoping I can cure most of this with cleaning up the diet, adding in some stuff like fish oil, Zinc etc and busting my ass in the gym

So loosing bodyfat basically cures everthing regarding low T levels if hypogonadal, maddest thing ive heard in a while, what about if you are lean already?? and healthy and excercise and eat VERY clean?

Okay you got me.

Large scale hypogonadism is unlikely to get fixed by losing diet. OP did you get your blood tested?

And getting to ultra lean bodyfat levels can crash T.

But getting from overfat → regular fatness can do nothing but help, and if TRT is already off the table, well, might as well go for it.

Rhino, saw my old blood work from September today all I remember is a couple things stuck out. DHT was low, Vitamin D was horrible 18.1. (SHBG) was low, Total Test was 217, Bio available was in the 40’s I think.

Estrodiol was 22.1 For some reason I didn’t see LH/TH on there.

The doc I saw was an assclown. He saw the results and said ‘Well I can start you on 200mg…per MONTH!’ And he would only do it in office and wouldn’t do more than that due to being afraid of losing his license. Moron. He said no way to an AI at all ‘That is what they do on steroid cycles’. I told him he needs to get up to date on the latest research and talked him out of charging me for an office visit since I won’t be using him.

Not only are the docs in Tulsa behind on TRT education, they don’t want to know. Oklahoma has been on a witch hunt with major busts in the OKC area so the docs are scared.

I am going to up the Zinc, take some DA with DIM, get more C, eat better and work my ass off for 3 months. If that doesn’t do it, then I am going to have to break down and find someone even if I have to go to friggin Kansas or Texas.

Fish oil is great at lowering triglycerides. Here are some other ideas on how to lower them, along with cholesterol levels. It a few articles by a cardiologist.

By raising your D3 levels you will probably also see a rise in test. levels. I personally try to keep my D3 levels between a safe 60 to 70ng/ml.

oh man, yeah, fish oil is good.

Did you have your HDL/LDL/Trigs numbers?

Low carb can help with tryglycerides, but might hurt your LDL numbers. Low carb would be vice versa.

Rhino, I was going to get another copy of the old results but was too pissed to think straight when I left. will try to get another copy and post them
