Anybody got any advice for any kind of natural supplement to increase concentration for studying and during last minute crams? I was thinking maybe Rhodiola or Power Drive, but something that would increase attention (but doesn’t have really bad side effects like adderol)?
There’s a whole huge thread on brain stimulants. Personally, I’m using oxiracetam with fantastic results. I get pretty tired 2-3 hours after taking it though, which seems to be rather common, but for those 2-3 hours, boy, am I on fire!
Rhodiola never helped me get more focused, though ginseng has. Power Drive is cool, but didn’t help me study either.
Vinpo is very subtle in its effect. I can’t say for sure if it has helped me or not after months of use. If you’re looking something you can take and feel TODAY, vinpo is not the way to go.
