Need some advice. How should I combine my supplement timings for the following products?
I workout around 4pm, and finish lunch by 1.30.
So,
1.30: Lunch
3.00: Spike, Green Magnitude, BCAAs and Power Drive
4.00: Workout
5.30: PWO Surge
Is it okay to combine all those different supps together? I also take some BCAAs intra workout, to offset the lack of food in my stomach.
