Supplement Ratings Site?

Does anyone know of a neutral site that rates different supplements made by different manufacturers? Thanks.

What you are looking for does not and probably never will exist at least in a truly unbiased format.

If purity is a concern you can try consumer lab. It is unbiased and you have to pay and not all bodybuilding supplements and companies are reviewed. It is like the consumer reports of supplements, but mainly just quality and purity are addressed.

This is what I consider the best source. Not all supplements, especially newer supplements, have been researched. It helps to have at least some science knowledge. For me it is quick and I can just read the applicable abstracts quickly. For some this would be a major pain in the ass.

Beyond that you just have to listen to those who you trust and buy from the companies you trust. Forums can be helpful at times, but there is also a lot of bad information out there.

Berardi does a good job but sticks to the basics and I can not blame him based on his job. The basics are all that most people need.

Christian Thibaudeau has a great mind and a lot of experience. He often answers questions in his locker room. You can learn a lot in his locker room. He is a little less conservative with his recommendations of supplements.
