Supplement Question

Does anyone have an idea of what supplements to take to get big gains and still have a flat stomach? I see all the products you have but i dont know which ones work best and if you can cycle any of them

Only exogenous GH will give the gut.

As to which works best, you’ll need to outline your goals. Once you do, read the product descriptions here and elsewhere, then pick what will help you meet your goals. Don’t trust anything that looks overhyped.

If you are asking if there is a magical chemical that will do nothing other than increase muscle mass, the answer is “no”. When you bulk up, you will add some fat. Unless you are freaky like CT, you will most likely lose your abs when gaining mass.

CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)

Derived from sunflower, and safflower oils. Also, naturally occurring in dairy (although only a % of what it used to be).

Not only has CLA been shown to increase muscle mass while reducing body fat, but studies done over the last 2 decades have also shown remarkable anti-catabolic, antioxidant, and immune enhancement benefits.

Very extensive research has also been done at the Life Extention Foundation, (which were one of the first to introduce the weight reduction possibilities) and the results have been amazing.

You should have no trouble finding info on CLA.

P.S. Contrary to popular belief. CLA is best taken 4g (usually 4 gel caps) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, rather than before, or after meals - as directed on most labels.
