Why multiple daily doses of milk thistle and phosphatidlycholine? What’s your total amount daily?

As a young chef I drank like a fish for a while, and want to prioritize liver care. Maybe this is me going into “bro science” but I think a morning and evening dose provides continuous support.

Milk thistle is a 2 softegel serving, so I split it up.
