Are you on the right track to what?
Need more info to help @ all. all we know is you are doing some cardio, taking some supps sometime? and lifting some type of weights.
How old, how long training, what program, goals, diet, FOOD LOG?, etc… Give us this and any other info about yourself you might think usefull and we can then give it a go.
Welcome to the forumn by the way. Send us that info. and I am sure we can point you in the right direction. This site is full of great info in the mag, forumn and it’s participants you just have to do your part.

No. You’re massively overtraining. And that’s an enormous freaking stack for someone that’s a self described novice.
You’re 6’1" and you’re trying to get to 180?!
That’s all wrong bro.
Focus on gaining lean muscle mass and eating clean. The fat mass will leave through your diet outside of the gym. Don’t focus on sups to do it for you. You will gain leaps and bounds by figuring out your diet.
Look at your muscle as a fat burning machine. The more muscle you have the higher you metablism will be. For every 5 pounds of muscle you add, that’s an extra 200cal burning a day.
Start hittin up big lifts. Squats, Deadlifts, Pull-ups, etc.
Don’t focus on the sups you take.
Focus on the shat you put down your gullet.
Sorry wasn’t very specific on previous info. I am 38 recovering from a broken shoulder in 6/2002. My goal is to return to the trade of ironwork which is physically demanding. My diet consists of high protein, low fat and low carbs if needed I can be more specific. I am working out at an estimate of 75% of my max due to my injury at this time. 2x week chest and biceps 6 diff ex’s ea., 3 sets ea 10-12 reps. 2x week back and triceps same training method as above. 1x wk legs in between. Cardio 2-3 miles @ 9-10 min/mile 4-6x week. I don’t want to bulk up but lean out and decrease body fat. I take 4 tribex 500 and 2 tetrazene in the morning on an empty stomach. 2 multi vit, 2 glucosamine at noon, 3 tribex 500 in the afternoon, in the evening alpha-tropin-GHRP with 4-6 whey protein shakes throughout the day.
Iron,
To give a few short recomendations. If you are going to be training any body part 2 times a week then you should go with the legs not the back/tri, chest /bi you are doing now. Go for a squat day and dead day. By employing these movements their is no need to hit the others twice a week. You will not only be hitting your legs and trunk, (the largest muscle groups you have) but your back, shoulders, bis, tri’s , etc. will all get hit if you throw in a bench day.
Other than that get your diet nailed down. START a food log. Your diet is going to lead to 90% of the progress toward your goals, cutting or bulking, you can do neither with great results without nailing down your diet.
So first off, put all your concentration into getting your diet in line, read up on anything by John Berardi and Lonnie Lowery, and check out Tdawg2. Then worry about getting a solid program that has proven results. Other than that you may want to recosider the amount of cardio you are doing. I wont go as far as saying it is excessive, although it would be for me to make any progress, every person is different. Check out the Cardio Rund Table I and II.
Check soem of that stuff out and come on back if you need any more assistance with diet, training, etc…

Iron as far as JB and LL articles. Do a search for their name on T mag not on the forumn and you should get plenty.
As the training goes man their are also to many options to list. Checkout the frequently asked ?'s section on the homepage of the mag. It is chucked full of great programs that, all of which, are based on the big compound movements. Find one that fits your goals and interest.
Come on back with any more ?'s
