Guys,
Can someone give me the quickee definition of a superset? I just read 15 posts and this is my impression:
- It’s a group of 2 or more exercises that hit a specific muscle group to completely exhaust it.
Is this close to correct? (None of the articles formally defined it.)
And, btw, I am interested in this for hypertrophy and am a middle-aged lifter that’s just started on Chad Waterbury’s 3 day a week hypertrophy routine…
