Yeah I have training ADD with general training but I’m enjoying this. Are you using strict splits or just training when you feel recovered?

I’ve been just hitting everything in order when I’m recovered. Seems like every 4 days I can hit a workout again.

Glad to hear you’re progressing. It’s hard being a parent and keeping training a priority.

It’s very much been a play-it-by-ear thing. PPLPP was too much. It’s been 3-4x a week, just PPL.

Most likely rotating in Inclune DB press and a machine shoulder press.

Thanks, my training ADD has made me do a couple different things a few days recently but I still plan on keeping the basic template for 3 months. Especially now that I’m back in the pool prepping for triathlon season, it’s just a good idea - get in, smash weights, leave.
