Superfood vs Everything Else

No, the shaker I’m referring to isn’t a full size one thats used for protein shakes- it only holds 8 oz. of liquid.

Personally I’d rather mix it with water fresh since the stability of the antioxidants/bioactives in water isn’t really known. It should be fine, but who knows.[/quote]

dont get me wrong yes I do mix and store it but between my,my mother and my brother coming over it dosent stay in there for more than a few hours

but ya I agree I let it sit one time out and it started to smell like really bad

Superfood is sort of like protein shakes. What would you rather spend your time doing, preparing food and eating it, or just slamming a shake and getting some work done?

I’d rather not be a lazy ass and eat some real food.

Some of us have career, family, and/or school commitments that take a higher priority than preparing food all of the time, so it has nothing to do with being a “lazy ass.”

Any, yes, I know how to minimize food prep time.

fruits take no prep time. veggies a little more so,but saying you can’t eat fruit/veggies because of time constraints is a cop out.

Some of you guys are hilarious. It’s obvious that you’re either in school or fresh out of it and have ample time on your hands.

Try traveling 14 days at a time for work and see how easy it is to eat well. Then, when you’re home, try getting the kids where they need to be, doing everything needed around the house, work 10 hours a day, train, and then do whatever else necessary before bed.

Copout my ass.

That’s why I choose not to have kids, work on my own schedule, work 8-9 hr days typically. We’re all in control of our schedule

Traveling and kids though, that will put a damper on things won’t it

I like the idea of a whole-foods-based “multi”, and antioxidants are super of course, but has Biotest ever posted a list of average potencies of various common vitamins and minerals in Superfood?

I mean, if they advertise it as “better than a multi”, wouldn’t it be nice to know how it compares to a multi?

They say it’s like 10-12 servings of fruits and veggies IN TERMS OF ANTIOXIDANTS but no specific mention of Vitamin A, B, D, etc.

Again, I’m sold on the overall idea that we don’t even come close to fully grasping the various ways the ingredients in whole foods interact in our prehistoric animal bodies, but if I’m gonna treat it like a multi, shouldn’t I know how it compares to a multi? And if I should add extra zinc or magnesium or whatever-it-may-be?
