Superfood Timing

Is it silly to have my serving of superfood pre workout? I workout first thing in the morning. I just got superfood and find I like having a serving when I wake up to feel good like I’m getting morning veggies and to reduce my blood ph right to start.

But is it silly to do right before my workout since my body will be breaking down muscle for a bit…then better to take it after?

I don’t think any time is silly to take Superfood.

True, in general you’re looking for a boost in anti-oxidants during the time unto which you ingest protein to reduce the harmful effects of the toxins; a better time would be after you’re workout to counter free radicals.

Or, when you eat every meal.
