Super Bowl Champs: 2007-2008

“The Brady Bunch”

(Sorry, guys…the writing is on the wall!)

I agree!

I just watched cowboys get knocked out by them. Brady> Romo.

Very probable. Even though it’s so far away, I can’t wait to see what happens in the postseason.

They have so many weapons, but I’m still waiting to see how they do against Indy. Regardless of what the media said that’s gonna be the true test.

As great as they have looked so far, get back to me in February. It’s still early. It’s a crazy league and anything can happen. Remember the 15-1 '98 Vikings?

No doubt the Pats are a complete and dominate team. I can’t argue that they are the best in the league. But, it has been said by the experts and I can’t disagree- Indy is the defending Champs, and until they are defeated, they will remain the top ranked team. What does that mean? Nothing much to me, they are two fine teams and no other teams come close to the caliber of these two.

On a side note, I would not be disapointed to see the Pack represent the NFC, a rematch of a superbowl in earlier days. I am not a Green Bay fan, but I have always admired Farve and would like to see him go out with a positive season (I have to assume that this will be his last year). It is clear that the AFC will take it all, so why not give Farve a little bit of his old glory?

definitely remember the 98 vikings! im thinking either colts or patriots will win again

Patriots all the way. I find it funny how now one (not just here) remembers last season’s record and how we got to the AFC champ game with a horrible receiving core. Now that Brady has people to throw to that actually have speed and talent, it’s all coming together. This is without a doubt the best Pat’s team put together so far. I’m amazed every week how much the passing game gets improved. I can’t wait to see further down the season when Stallworth becomes more of a deep threat.

What’s scary is that with the exception of Brady, they seem to be a well-oiled machine with interchangeable parts…

They really remind me of the 49’s during their Super-Bowl years…in other words, it’s the Patriot SYSTEM that is beating other Teams (albeit with some great athletes).

Yea…it’s early…but no one is really looking strong enough and dominant enough to stop them.

(Oh yeah…I agree that it would be GREAT to see Favre go out a winner!)

Wanna’ hear something else scary?

Brady and his receiving Corps feel like that are not completely “in sync” like they could be…

WTF!!!

(LOL!)

I believe it Mufasa. You look at the stats and they are incredible, but when watching the games you get this feeling that it’s not their best! As Brady gets more comfortable and learns the receivers, those deep ball misses are going to turn into big yardage and TD’s.

But want to know what should scare the living daylights out of every team left on the schedule? They haven’t spread the field YET. Look at all the formations they have been running, mostly with TE’s and backs. You give Brady 5 WR’s and he’s going to one hell of a passer rating (then again he already does lol).

yeah their the best, but in the playoffs ONE game and your out. SO if they were to slip in the playoffs -which is very possible- they are out.

Again yes they are the best but in football so many things can happen where the game can turn and upsets can happen.

Nov 9 (3 weeks) in Indy will be the telling moment. Then if they can beat the Steelers at home in December…they have a very good shot at going undefeated, barring an injury to Brady, of course.

That team is a machine. Saw it in the passing game at times though. Brady had some horrible passes but didn’t get turned over.
how about the predictions?
AFC (or the championship league)
Pats and Indy

NFC (or B-team)
Cowboys and Packers

Superbowl?

The playoffs are a whole other season, HOWEVER, look at the pat’s playoff record with Brady. Playoffs is when he shines.

Indy is pretty much the only challenge left. I’m not worried about the steelers at all, not until they open up a decent passing game. Relying on the run may work with their soft beginning schedule, but come the cold December at NE it’s going to be murder.

Pats vs. Packers just like in 96’ except this time my team wins.

Thhe Pats are gonna take it, with Moss and the whole core of guys! Moss hasn’t ran his mouth, acted like T.O., and the freak is back! My only concern is the D, looked shitty in the first half (which surprised me). And I am a DIE HARD STEELER FAN,so I still love my team. But the Pats are clickin’.

Always have and always will be rooting for the packers.

That’s what I like to hear.
