you neeed to post in the t-vixen thread in the SAMA forum. It’s mandatory for women!

from your before and after pics this thread makes me think

if i got a tan

and dieted

i would look fucking beastly

no offense, but you dont even look like you lift in your before pic.

Really strong bro! Nice job!

Great stuff bro.

good job. now that you know how to get lean, do just what you said…focus on size. you won’t have to worry about putting fat on while you gain, because you know you can strip it all off. that bit of knowledge puts you miles ahead of most people.

Thanks, I am cycling the carbs back in very slowly with the Getting Unshredded Diet. I am worried about blowing back up if i put carbs back in. Do you agree? i was thinking it would make more sense to just go on a purely clean bulk rather than just going ahead and bulking back up. My diet is remaining very very strict but i am still suffering at 100g of carbs a day and am still pretty hungry at 2900 cals. Any suggestions?

Also i am going to get tested for rhemumatoid athritis today. My joints just keep breaking down no matter how much soft tissuem, stretching, time off that i take. I would like to be lifting as hard as possible when i get into a caloritic curplus.

for reasons like you mentioned, he didn’t have a tan, it’s taken from far away, you can tell he lifts by his chest shape, but the stomach looks like he’s been bulking. and well, it’s only one pic

amazing job

Good job!!!

you look a little bloated, is it the creatine?

He isn’t flexing in the least bit during his before pictures, he has no tan, and he has been bulking for a while. You compare them to the after pictures where he is in the process of lifting weights, has a tan, and is far far leaner, of course you’d think the relative fat ass in the first picture doesn’t lift.

looking awesome bro. gave you an 8

you look sick - amazing work

brilliant job!!! well fucking done…ill give ya a 7…

ok so tell me how you did it outside of the diet like what did your workout look like… i need a change much like yours you have truly inspired me

Thanks guys, its been almost a whole year since the transformation and i have have not gained any significant fat!

My training involved a lot of complexes. Tons of single leg work and lunges. I would do all kinds of extra NEPA. Waking up an hour before work just to go for long walks. My knee was and still is shot but at least i can do some uphill walking now and moderately heavy leg work.

Complexes have also been hugely beneficial. I just made sure i was sweating my balls off no matter what i did. I have found that the numbers from the Carb cycling codex work really well as far as macronutrients and calorie intake. I tried going super super low (1800) in calories and it just seems like a blowup waiting to happen.

So i would say complexes and tons of leg work while increasing NEPA.

It worked for me, but then again i was so zoned on the weight loss, i was willing to do anything to get it done. If you approach it with that mentality you should be fine.

I hope that helps, thanks again guys.

amazing physique/transformation.

did you take any stims while cutting?
