Had two sessions of hepburn but due to time constraints only managed the power phase of both. Not really worth putting up in full. Can’t wait to get to dundee spc with good equipment and as much time as I need
Had another shortened hepburn with deads, bench and weighted pull ups. Not worth mentioning numbers
Finally found time/empty gym to complete a full hepburn and now I wish I hadn’t.
Power phase:
Squat: warm ups with bar, 60 and 100 kg
8 singles on 127.5kg
BB Press: warm ups on bar, 40 and 50 kg
8 singles on 60kg
Pump phase:
Squat: 3x3 and 4x3 on 115kg (fe;t like death afterwards)
BB Press: 3x3 and 4x3 on 55kg
BOR: 3x3 and 4x3 on 75kg
The volume at this stage is pretty savage, I could barely walk down the stairs out of the gym
