Hi. It seems there are SO many cycle diet varients - carb cycling basics from CT, the cycle diet by Scott Abel, the cheat to lose by Marion, the AD. It's all confusing! Can you get together some of the big authors and get their opinions on refeeds and how to maximize metabolism for lean muscle gain? Some topics:
- Are refeeds necessary?
- How big/frequent should refeeds be?
- Should one go low carb?
- Does regular carb cycling work? How large should the cycles be?
etc etc…
