Sugar Level is High After Taking Insulin

Hi
Im gym bro that start lifiting around 5’6 years
Doing several steroid cycle
But this i decide to do steroids + gh/insulin
Im using regular insulin 30 min before meals and after workout
But insulin not work in my body !
Everytime I inject insulin my blood glucose goes up
Even i try 30unit regular insulin !
Its doesnt matter how much Use insulin just my blood glucose goes up
Why insulin cant bring down my blood glucose?

When are you measuring your BG relative to your injection and your meals?

I measure my BG before and after meal
Before breakfast usually 73/74
After breakfast (30 minutes later)… My BG 120~130

Is there any chance your insulin is fake? Because it’s possible to have high BG after insulin and a meal, but usually that happens to diabetics who aren’t using enough. This situation is puzzling to me.
