i’d avoid. i try not to drink energy drinks (tho i will admit to having bought an order of Spike Shooter in case of emergency). but if your going to drink energy drinks go with something with sugar.
Thats terrible advice…care to explain why its healthier to drink pure sugar?
yes, im sure the people who make Spike energy drink would be interested to hear your reasoning.

I’ll often sip a Monster Lo-carb throughout the day at work. (I like Spike Shooters a lot, but it’s too much for me all in one little drink…at least for a full day of work).
At the same time, make no mistake…energy drinks aren’t “healthy” but I wouldn’t say you have to “avoid at all costs” either.
If you don’t need the pick me up…skip em…
If you DO need the pick me up…I’d at least try to go low to no sugar.
