So I drink this energy drink during the day (so I don’t fall asleep at work or meetings)…anyway…I know it isn’t “good” for me, but how bad is it? and what should I be most concerned about? Bearing in mind I’m looking and trying to gain weight, though not looking to get “just fat”

I don’t drink Spike during the day since it’s just too much caffeine for all day. This drink I pour into a cup and sip throughout the whole day. Til about 3pm.
