Suffering Low T 15 Years After Teenage Steroid Use, Labs Included

I would increase my dose and stick with twice. Very, very few, need daily, but it won’t hurt you to try it.

No, I would ride it out for now, maybe take DIM. See where it settles once you’ve adapted to the higher levels.

Not really sure. I know some who take a lot of VitC and they report it helps. I just take it in a multi.

I would not test FSH/LH again. You’re on TRT, it will bottom out.

I recently started supplementing with vit c, not for energy just for immune support and iron absorption. I have been pleasantly surprised though with more energy. I wasn’t expecting it and can’t say for sure that is where it came from, but it does seem to line up with when I started taking it.

For daily injections how much do you suggest to take?

I have a 250mg test enanthate 1ml ampule now which I would be switching to from the test enanthate and prop blend which I have been using till now so any adjustment period required for the new dose and test blend?

How much are you taking??

I would suggest 16-20mg daily based on how much you’re taking now and what it’s getting you.

You need to get a hold of an empty vial to transfer your enanthate into.

If I increase the dosage and stick to twice weekly how much do you suggest to increase it to??

80-90mg

Right now I have been taking 1000 mg twice a day, so 2000 mg total.

I was thinking of prefilling all injections from an ampule and storing it …is that ok ?

If you use up all the Test in a couple of weeks than it would be fine in the syringe, if it takes longer to go through all the Test I would get a vial and transfer it into the vial.

250mg 1ml ampule divided into daily dosing should finish in about 2 weeks max I think should be fine right?

Im taking about 65mg twice weekly now but not feeling great so how much do you suggest for daily injections ?

And i thought me doing prohormones at 19 were bad…

Anyway welcome to the TRT club, i’m still dialing in myself.

You do seem to aromatise quit a bit. 800 test levels and 60 e2 is not a great ratio.

@systemlord makes a good point on injecting more frequently to control estrogen. EOD day injections just might suffice so as to avoid the AI.

I’m not necessarily sure increasing the dose like @highpull said would be necessary yet, however your free T could be more optimal.

I personally hate the idea of injecting more than twice a week and ive had spurts of success on e3.5d. I dont think either direction you chose to go in would hurt.

I’d do a small jump from 67.5 to 75mg twice weekly on a Mon/Thurs or whatever days you like split and retest in 6-8 weeks.

if that doesnt work and your estrogen keeps coming back high, then ED or EOD injections should be helpful.

i might be missing some but im sure the guys will chime in with more.

Btw your prolactin is on the high side which is hurting your dopamine. Could be an aberration but its something to keep an eye out for.

Highpull and darkdescartes have given good advice. Your Free T is good, but you felt better before shutdown, so an mild increase may help. Your E2 drop and bloat will go away all on their own with time, Nolvadex would not actually help with either of those anyway. It’s for gyno should you develop it at some point.

what if I go for a higher dose for increased free T along with also doing daily injections for estrogen control as @systemlord said ?

Please advice what dose would be good for daily injections if I’m currently injecting 65mg twice weekly

Thank you all for your advice I really do appreciate it

If your weekly dosage stays the same and you inject daily, you levels will be higher, estrogen should still be lower, but I still think it will be above ranges and you will still have issues. If you decrease the dosage 15-20% and inject daily, your levels will be about the same, but estrogen will be lower.

One change at a time. If you change frequency, only change that until you have 6 weeks under your belt to know what it does.

Guys I really do appreciate all your advice but everyone is giving different opinions as to dosage and injection intervals which Is adding to my confusion especially since I’m new to this and I really don’t want to mess my body up more  please help me

From all I have read till now I thought that daily injections are the best solutions to high estrogen problems. And mood etc ??
