Personally I think 33.75mg is too high, remember levels will not decline as quickly injecting more frequently so you need to reduce the dosage slightly. I would do 25mg EOD to start out, if you need more go to 30mg EOD.
View it as 25mg EOD, it doesn’t really matter about the weekly dosage.
If you have the gene for hair loss, nothing you can do about it except inject smaller dosages. The smaller the dosage, generally the less conversion testosterone–>DHT.
Do not split this into a bunch of doses.You won’t get enough test prop per shot and it doesn’t really build up, it has a super short half life and cannot be treated like enanthate or cyp. It’s not a very good blend in most ways. It wuld be a lot better to have them separate and dose the prop daily, at least while you wait for the enenthate to build up. A tiny dose of prop is just a waste of time. Don’t play with the schedule yet, you haven’t been using it long enough. Some guys are just a broken record on dosing recommendations without regard for product differences.
@hardartery. @systemlord
Also reason I wanted quit and start fresh to check my natural SHBG levels since I read they dictate frequency of injections and is important .
how long would I need for levels to be natural again?
SHBG fluctuates heavily, for starters. It has two half-lives, and really isn’t a good way to gauge things as far as I’m concerned. I know @systemlord feels otherwise. You SHBG will drop from TRT unless you’re weird and had ultra low SHBG, which means it could possibly rise slightly. It goes up when your T is low (usually) and down when your T is high, it’s a natural response. If you want to gauge your TRT by SHBG, then you’ll have to get it checked frequently and adjust your dosing based on whatever the new number is each time. Good luck chasing your tail on that one.
Stopping TRT to get baseline SHBG doesn’t make any sense, you will have to change you game plan when SHBG decreases months after starting TRT. Check your SHBG while on TRT and make adjustments as needed.
I do agree SHBG fluctuates on a daily basis, insulin levels will affect it as well.
Hi guys @hardartery@systemlord@highpull@mr.inquisitive
So I have started my TRT therapy with The 67.5mg twice weekly t enanthate and prop blend.
Started the trt on October 9th and till now it’s been 8 weeks and have gotten my blood tests so please advice!
Also @physioLojik had recommended adding 2000mg vitamin c for Exhaustion on trt in one of his posts … will be adding that also to my trt do you guys recommend it also?
Your clearly are experiencing high estrogen, you need daily injections because you’re aromatising a lot. The daily injections will decrease estrogen, hopefully it will be enough. Your FT is that high either.
70-90% of vitamin C is absorbed at 30-180mg, so by over supplementing you reduce absorption by 50%. Also joints may take a hit in the long run.
Oral vitamin C produces tissue and plasma concentrations that the body tightly controls. Approximately 70%–90% of vitamin C is absorbed at moderate intakes of 30–180 mg/day. However, at doses above 1 g/day, absorption falls to less than 50% and absorbed, unmetabolized ascorbic acid is excreted in the urine.
The only thing you are doing by supplementing 2000mg vitamin C is making the supplement industry happy, because most of the vitamin C going in the toilet.
