Hey guys. I wanted to make a post about my success using HCG to conceive after being on TRT for 6 years.
On TRT for 6 years, started at about 100mg of test a week, for a year or so, majority of time I was at 150 a week. Did about 1-2 blasts a year anywhere from 300-500mg. June 1st I started taking 200 iu of HCG everyday, so 1400 total a week. Also about 2 months into taking the HCG i upped my TRT dose to 200mg.
Just found out a few days ago that my wife is pregnant. Was only taking HCG for 4.5 months for this to occur.
I just wanted to put this story out there for anyone that might be concerned for their fertility while on TRT. I did not run HCG ever during the previous years, only when preparing to have my second child. If I left out any information you are interested in please let me know, i will try and respond as soon as i can.

Thank you sir. While i have your attention, maybe i can pick your brain @highpull . Since finding out my wife is pregnant, i have lowered my dose to 500iu twice a week. I want to keep the boys active, but not necessarily take the higher dose of HCG. Would this be enough to keep me āprimedā so to speak, if i needed to be ready to go, heaven forbid something happened. I know you are a provider, and i know this is all case by case, but generally speaking, i am not sure what dose people take to maintain fertility. Obviously I will consult with my TRT doctor, but I wont see him for another 2 months.
I am also considering staying on because i like having my testicles āworkingā and full. I had very little side effects, mostly just a little increase in acne. And obviously, if I need to get my wife pregnant again I would increase my dose back to the 1400 a week.
Yes. Thatās actually the maintenance dose my doctor prescribes. To get my wife pregnant I used 1000 IU three times per week.

Hi BrickHead. Your case was one of the ones i looked at when i was doing some information finding when i started this process. Luckily i did not need that much, probably because i have not been on TRT very long. I also wanted to give myself a few months up to a year before i tried any other options, like increasing the HCG, or as a last result, coming off test and doing HCG and Clomid (which i absolutely did NOT want to do). Now i get to stay swole and be a daddy for a second time, which i am thankful for. Thanks for the info.

I have had guys conceive while on TRT taking 250IU 3x/week and 350IU 2x/week. If you notice a significant increase in testicular size once starting hCG, you know it is working.
