I’m a 38 male 6’0 , 245 pounds, 23% body fat. Fairly active i go to the gym 5 days and do cardio. About a year ago i started getting exhausted most of the time, had a low libido and ED long story short i was diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism and i’ve been on treatment for the last 9 months i’m taking 100 mcg euthyrox everyday.
Thyroid treatment impoved my energy levels, however not so much with my sex life. I run some blood work to check my test a while ago and it came average
Testosterone 4 ng/ml
Free test 8 pg/ml
I didn’t do anything about it until 2 weeks ago i decided to try test enanthate as a TRT and i could only get 250mg ampules in my hands. So i took 250mg per week. I did blood test today and these are the results
In general i felt minor improvment in the gym performance and body function. I also noticed some morning boner which was kind of absent However not a strong one.
I would appreciate any help looking at the lab results and advice. I took my 3rd injection today and i don’t feel good, actually i had a weired incident today while eating my jaws clinched for a moment and my heart rate started fluctuating between 80 and 120 while i’m sitting. I measured my blood pressure afterwards and it’s 150/90 after few hours it dropped to 130/80.
Is a medical treatment, under the care of Drs. It sounds like you’ve just sourced some drugs and started taking them, the best advice would be do this properly under the care of a physician, particularly as you’re already experiencing other issues that are requiring medical intervention.
If you aren’t going to get medical supervision, start by halving the dose, take nothing next week, then, either take 1 full amp every other week, or half an amp per week (when using amps I’ve stored 0.5ml in a syringe and used it the following week, but you can buy sterile storage and transfer it).
But really with BP going that high and other medical issues already in play if you don’t do it under the care of a Dr you’re asking for some potentially worrying issues.
Update. After consulting with my GP and a cardiologist they are suspecting it was hypoglycemia incident. My diet is very low on carbs as i’m trying to lose body fat. Also one of the them asked if i sweat while sleeping and i do a lot. hba1c blood test was okay 5.2 so he asked my to monitor my blood sugar with a glucumeter and get back to him after week.
No expert but have very similar profile, although i am 13 years older. For me the thyroid medication has been a game changer. So much more energy and markers much better i.e blood pressure now normal. I find cialis is excellent addition (prescribed). Your estrogen looks a bit high, so you may want to lower dosage if that is having an effect. I also find dht based such as masteron really helpful even in low dose.
