Sub-Clinical Thyroid - Finding It Hard to Lose Weight

Hi - I’ve been seeing subclinical hupthroidism in my reports for a while now. I exercise (weights or cross-fit) almost 5 days a week and have a controlled diet of 1200–1500 calories. I am 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weigh 76 kg at age 42. In the last year, the weight has refused to budge.
What am i missing? any suggestions?

Can you expand on this? Macros, how you’re tracking, what your meals look like? It seems more likely that this is inaccurate tracking, but I’d like to be proven wrong.

Can you share these reports?

I was born with a hypo-active thyroid, genetics, and have been taking medication my whole life.
What perhaps once worked for you now isn’t, you have to change the food to eat as well as exercises.

tracking my cals on mfp. Attaching thyroid report

Can you please help to elaborate more on food habits?
