Stupidity in My Younger Years Has Ruined Me. Currently 26, Need Help

Waist:32-33inch
Weight: 85Kg
BodyFAT: 20%

Facial Hair: Have never shaved my top lip. Need to shave cheeks/chin/neck once every 48-72 hours. Can grow a patchy beard slowly(have gone one Month without shaving and ended up with a good looking chin strap… lol)

Normal Hair: Receding hairline/Thinning.

Body Hair: Very little to no hair on back. Legs and arms are hairy but not dense. Semi dark. Stomach/chest can get hairy but I keep it clean shaven/trimmed.

FAT: Carry most of my fat around the abdomen/face/neck.

DRUG USE: 18-23 I was young and stupidly did a couple of Steroid cycles. Maybe 5 cycles total with Test E. Eq. Dbol, tried tren ace once. Various lengths. Maxed around 25% body fat 95kg, relatively weak considering I was pinning(130/160/180kg). PCT was Nolva or Clomid 40/40/20/20 100/50/25/25. Never used an AI. Never ate properly and trained like shit. My hair started to fall out. 23 I cheated on my GF at the time, got dumped and fell into a depressive state.

24-26 I moved to another town and started finastride. Have only just stopped because I’m sick of feeling like a little girl with no motivation or libido.

SYMPTOMS;
-Itchy puffy nipples all the time.
-Little to no libido
-Very sporadic morning wood. No random boners.
-Not depressed, I just don’t care about anything, no joy, no motivation, no desire, no drive.
-Sore Joints
-Receding Gums
-Dry brittle hair
-Small balls/scrotum is always up tight
-Brain Fog

CURRENT DIET: It’s definitely not dialled in… but I’m trying to lose weight so lowish on calories at the moment. I eat roughly 2500 a day. 160-190g protein the same in fat. Rest in carbs and veges that I don’t count. (can of beans a day) plus random shit when I feel like it(biscuits/lollies/ice cream).

TRAINING:3 x a week. CrossFit Styleish(recovering from a slipped disc) so only light at the moment.

GOALS: I want to try a restart and get my natural production running how It should be. Improve my quality of life and get some mongrel/motivation back into me(I.e not sitting at work for 8 hours a day 5x a week and collectively doing 2 hours of actual work… then going home to game for 4 hours then starting the process all over again)

I am only just starting to read through the stickies and wealth of information on this site now. Based on everything I have typed above, do you think I am a good candidate for a restart? Is there anything I should check before attempting one? Or is there anything that jumps out at you re my results/symptoms?

P.s - yes i understand how stupid I was for doing steroids at such a young age, especially because I didn’t research enough about them before jumping on.

Hi Ignite Bro good meet you, So you said brother right now that your Balls have gone tiny? from having Low Testosterone after coming off steroids or did you think the steroids did that shrunk them & they never recovered? if so HCG you know would benefit you, depends on your definition of small balls though. @ignite

Hi Team - Can you have a read through my post and give me some thoughts/feedback based on my lab results/sypmtoms etc.

Do you think it would be beneficial for me to attempt a restart? even with my high estro sides/itchy nipples etc. Im not sure i can get the right e2 test in new zealand.

I don’t believe in restarts, I believe that when a part is damaged it stays that way. When you start taking Clomid level increase, when you stop clomid levels fall back down to baseline. I’ve never seen a successful case where someone stopped clomid and levels stayed elevated for longer than a couple of months.

I believe it’s an attempt to kid yourself into thinking you can undo the damage, if only we could turn back the clock.

I have heard of cases where men found the perfect clomid dosage (EOD, every 3-4 days, even once weekly) that enabled them to continue taking clomid and not being permanently shutdown. Finding the correct dosage and a perfect interval to take clomid is much like trying to find the correct Test dose and injection frequency for men on TRT.
