Stuffing My Face with Chicken
DickBag wrote:
chicken sucks unless its a cooked chicken. the kind that you get off a rotiserie.

i misspelled something in this post, who cares.

steak wins though, steak with brie cheese melted on top and one or two free range eggs on top of the cheese steak with ketchup…

6 oz of chicken? Are you a 5 year old?

LOL… that’s what I was thinkin’ but you beat me to it.
Unless those 6 oz were to wash down the other 10 oz he just had. Let’s give him the benefit of the doubt.

Less than 16oz a meal is a waste of my damn time.

Also, the bacon idea is good. Here’s my preferred chicken titty . . .

2 Chicken Breasts
Shredded Mozzarella/Sharp Cheddar mix
bacon soaked in Liquid Smoke
2 omega-3 eggs
crushed tomatoes
diced green bell peppers
1 cup, long-grain brown rice
okra
seasoning of choice

open up chicken breast (giggle) such that a decent amount of cheddar/moz mix can be stuffed into center, flowing over top of chicken. wrap in pre-soaked bacon. place in oven and bake the bastards

crush tomatoes and dice bell peppers, boil okra. cook eggs. apply all to freshly baked chicken/pig

That way you get chicken titty, chicken baby, and pig, all at once.

Okra?! Savage.

We must dine together. Casualties will ensue, I am sure.

To doctor the above post as if it were written by Tiribulus:

"(ingredients list)

 1. Throw in blender. Blend for 60 seconds.
 2. Stuff in mason jar.
 3. Stuff face, reseal jar if needed."

Seriously, enough of this ‘food is fuel’ nonsense. Those words are for pussies in the kitchen. Food can taste excellent and still comply with whatever fucking lifestyle eating choices you want to make.

The real artist knows how and when to improvise.

btw i got this as avatar dibs.

just sayin

The secret of juicy chicken, cook it frozen, keeps it moist for some reason. Watch it closely so you don’t over cook it. I eat it 10-12oz at a time, wish I could afford steak that often :frowning:

I am fucking tired of chicken, and although I like it, its just too boring. Especially if you do the skinless/boneless type. They get dry pretty easy and dont absorb marinades well.

The secret to juicy chicken is to use boneless thigh meat, which is higher in fat.

And a strip of bacon wrapped around each thigh. Hell, I wrap them around my own thighs and I stay pretty moist.

Try bison, it’s amazing. 4 oz is 39g of protein and 6g fat. Of course, you might want more than 4 oz. Sir.

Holy shit.

39g protein and 6g fat per 4 oz??

I did not find bison patties at Trader Joe’s…maybe Whole Foods carries them.

Does it taste gamey? Or is it more like beef?

Your local TJ doesn’t have the ground buffalo steak patties? They sell them in the frozen section, but they always seem to move them around. One patty is 43 grams of protein and 12 grams of fat.

Whole Foods should have it as well though. They had it in both the fresh and frozen meat sections.

It’s more like beef, but I actually prefer the flavor. It has a sweeter flavor to it. Maybe ‘rich’ is a better word to describe it. It’s not gamy at all.

Not gamey at all, I hate the taste of “wild” meat. I’ve been buying brochettes, which are the perfect amount for me (4 oz.). I can get them at my local supermarket, but I’m not sure where you can find it in the states. Grass fed and very low if the bad cholesterol too.
Beats chicken all to shit.

wow i didnt’ expect this thread to even go anywhere.

i had a total of 18oz of chicken yesterday in a 6hr span. 6oz every 2hrs.

same thing the day before. however the day before i was pouring hot sauce on it; and a TON came out…so i was SICK of hot sauce after that first day.

so yesterdays was all dry unseasoned; i find that easiest to put down.

i get free chicken right now; so i won’t be buying steak; although i know it’s amazing.

“Little boy, tiny boy, baby boy - I love you!!”

“Charlie, what the hell?!”

Classic!! : )

“Join me on stage in matrimony, please say yes and do not bone me!”

Dayman rules…

Oh, and yea - chicken only sucks if you can’t cook. Learn to cook…

That said, I prefer dark meat, and yea - I’d rather eat a steak…

NIGHTMAN! meoooow

i wish i got on board with Always Sunny when it started, i’ve seen all from this season…but it’s looking like i’m gonna snag a few seasons on DVD.

great show.

i know how to cook chicken; but when you cook 10-15lbs at a time; it’s too time consuming to butterfly it, pound it, marinate it, and cook it. so i just cut the fat, toss it in the oven. eat.

not “ideal” but it’s better then taking a LONG time.

My grocery stores sell 1lb packs of buffalo. I heat up the Foreman, toss the entire thing on the grill, smush it flattish, and cut it into quarters when it is medium well.

Delish, good for reheating too. I actually have buffalo for lunch today!

I eat about a pound of beef at a time now and that has close to 80-100gr of protein.

The bison sounds intriguing…but does it taste good enough that I can eat it every single day for the next year?

Where the hell do you get Bison from in the first place?

I think some of you just like showing off where you live. Someone from Iceland is going to log in next to give me a recommendation for Reindeer meat.

It’s Christmas. Leave the reindeer alone!

I ate 3 chicken breasts last night with some sweet potatoes!!!

Flavored and cooked right, you will have a great tasting juicy peice of meat.

Try broiling it with water in a pan below the meat (ie. a broiling pan). Chicken will stay juicified1
