Would be great to hear tips that have helped your training. Not really interested in how many reps you completed on the overhead press etc…. For example, used a tip in an article from Tnation started on the lighter side with front squats and instead of adding weight each week tried to “master” the weight and added reps then added weight after a few weeks repeated and repeated . I am still progressing after 12 weeks (hit my “middle age PR” last week)

Training maxes on big compound lifts… once your out of the novice stage.

Training submaximal on the big 3 compound lifts with an idea of rep schedule changes along with progression. Proper warm up before lifting. Learn good technique on biomechanically correct lifting based on your shape/posture.

It can’t be said too many times: Go join your local powerlifting club/community for longevity advice/support.
